Located in a building that was for apartment leasing. And Jose Lezama Lima and his mother leased one of such apartments. Since he was 30, he lived there until he died. There he wrote his outstanding poems and most famous novels. There is also is a great personal collection of art works, gifts of his friends Victor Manuel, Mariano Rodriguez, Rene Portocarrero, among others. They all create pleasant atmosphere in every corner of the house.
