The Asturian Center is a specialized museum that promotes Arabian-Muslim culture. In its rooms, there is a wonder of nature: Desert Rose, strange calcareous formation similar to a flower that is produced on sandy soil when humidity evaporates and contains high contents of salt. If you visit Havana, we recommend you the Asturian Center.

The Asturian Center of Havana inaugurated a new headquarters, of eclectic style, in 1927 Four floors and a similar number of towers distinguish it. Imported marbles form beautiful geometric combinations. Artist Mariano Miguel made the natural sized drawings and sculptures, as well as the paintings on the ceiling of the main hall. He also designed the stairway. The ironwork and leaded glasswork contribute to its impressive and monumental beauty.
